1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and The Daily Caller, Inc. ("The Daily Caller," "we," "us," or "our"), the owner and operator of Beltway Events (the "Platform") at beltwayevents.com. By accessing or using the Platform in any manner — including browsing, submitting events, registering for events, or creating an account — you unconditionally agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform.

2. Ownership and Operation

The Platform is exclusively owned and operated by The Daily Caller, Inc. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform — including its design, code, branding, content, data, and functionality — are and shall remain the sole property of The Daily Caller, Inc. Nothing in these Terms conveys any ownership interest to you.

The Daily Caller, Inc. reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform, or any portion thereof, at any time and without notice or liability to you.

3. Eligibility

You represent that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts, and are not barred from using the Platform under applicable law. Organizations submitting events represent that the individual submitting the event is authorized to bind the organization to these Terms.

4. Event Submissions

By submitting an event to the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• All information provided is accurate, complete, and not misleading.
• You have full authority to submit the event and grant the rights described herein.
• The event does not violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
• The event is not a fundraising solicitation, partisan campaign activity, or commercial spam.

By submitting an event, you grant The Daily Caller, Inc. a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to display, distribute, promote, and use the submitted event information and any associated materials across the Platform and across all Daily Caller properties, channels, newsletters, and publications for any editorial, promotional, or audience development purpose.

We reserve the absolute right to approve, reject, modify, remove, or de-list any event submission at any time, for any reason, without notice or explanation.

5. RSVPs and Attendance

RSVP submissions through the Platform do not constitute a ticket, reservation, or guarantee of admission to any event. Event organizers control attendance and may accept, deny, or revoke access in their sole discretion. The Daily Caller, Inc. bears no responsibility for any event listed on the Platform, including its organization, safety, cancellation, or outcome.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, interface elements, and software — is the intellectual property of The Daily Caller, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our express written permission.

The "Beltway Events" name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of The Daily Caller, Inc. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit false, fraudulent, misleading, or defamatory event information.
• Use the Platform to solicit, market, or spam other users.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform or its underlying systems.
• Scrape, harvest, or otherwise extract data from the Platform without express written permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation, servers, or networks.
• Use the Platform in any manner that violates applicable local, state, federal, or international law.
• Impersonate any person or organization, or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. THE DAILY CALLER, INC. EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL SUCH WARRANTIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE DAILY CALLER, INC. AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY AND EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Daily Caller, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) any event you submit; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any third-party right.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the District of Columbia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Washington, DC, and you irrevocably consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
